Delete an Uploaded Document
delete_uploaded_documentBenchmark and above
Delete an uploaded document before its 24h TTL. UNDOABLE: restore_deleted with kind 'uploaded_document' brings it back while it is still within its 24h TTL and its file exists. Deleting a missing/already-expired/foreign id returns deleted:false rather than an error.
