What inputs does publish_report accept?

report_id (string, required): No description. visibility ("unlisted" | "listed", optional, default "listed"): No description. price_cents (integer, optional): Currently must be omitted or 0 — all listings are free. A non-zero value is rejected until paid listings ship. tier_required ("sample" | "sp500" | "pro" | "full", optional): Minimum subscriber tier to read the full body. Defaults to the author's plan.
